Truly exceptional hotel in a favourable location in the middle of jackson, the services were friendly. Loved the beautifully maintained and large queen room with sofa and the way it was setup. Perfect pit stop after a long drive!
I was totally wiped after a long road trip, and the staff was so helpful when I got lost! They even arranged for a car wash when mine had soap left all over. Super friendly peeps! My room was comfy, and they had a sweet snack bar, too. Only wish the TV worked better for news.

The king room was super comfy with a private bathroom and shower. Enjoyed the fitness center and the indoor pool for a nice swim. Breakfast had freshly baked croissants and organic juices. The staff were really nice, especially the manager who helped rinse my car. Really clean and well maintained!

Solo traveler looking for comfort
The staff was friendly and helped me when I was lost because Google can't be trusted sometimes. And you won't believe this, the manager even took the time to help wash my car when the car wash next door failed. This kind of kindness is rare these days.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but worth it in my opinion.

I had the best time relaxing in my King Room! The hot breakfast was a good surprise after my long drive, and the heated indoor pool was just what I needed to unwind. The staff were super cute.
